HP's new iPAQ H5400 series comes equipped with integrated WLAN and Bluetooth - and to make use of the technology, a cutting-edge racing game is also bundled. See the screenshots!
Developed by UK based Superscape, a multi-player motorbike racing game based on the company's Swerve 3D engine will be included with every new HP iPAQ Pocket PC H5400, the latest model in HP’s range of PDAs. Superscape used its Swerve Client and Swerve Author tools to develop the game, which not only excels in the graphics department by the looks of the screenshots, but also enables players to play wirelessly thanks to the integrated WLAN support of the H5400 series.

Superscape has currently developed ten different language versions of the game, including English, Korean, German, Italian, Chinese and Japanese, which lets players race their motorbike around six different circuits. Players can challenge their friends to play across the network or, if no one is available, compete against bikes with in-built artificial intelligence.
According to Superscape, the game includes the atmosphere traditionally associated with motorbike racing, including noise, speed and colour - as well as demanding hairpin bends and fingertip throttle control to make things just a bit more challenging. Also, once a race is over, players can watch a replay to help hone their skills for the next one.
